Mismatch

Lillian Bannister’s future was determined by her class and upbringing: marry well and be a supporting wife  to a successful man. She did that, but it didn’t work out. It also wasn’t part of her life plan to become president of her father’s munition company at the age of 23. Nor is she prepared to deal with the discovery that her father has been supplying ammunition to the Nazis.

Set in the aftermath of World War II, Lillian faces the challenges of dealing with her father betrayal’s of his family honor and all she believed about him, as well as with her own lack of faith in men after a devastating marriage. When she meets Jack Campbell, she sees only another complication in her life. He see his future.
